schelling is a platform to help you find a partner for running ("run club for two"). You create plans, and we suggest similar plans from other users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the information you provide. You must provide a valid email address and other requested information to use the service fully.

4. User Conduct

You agree to act respectfully towards other users. You are solely responsible for your safety during any activity arranged through the Service.

5. Payments

Certain features require payment. Our pricing is based on a tier system determined by your plan verification rate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding its reliability or suitability for any purpose. Your safety is your own responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or harm arising from your use of the Service, including any interactions with other users.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
